I think posters are the coolest, and while managing ECCO I never hesitated to print them if the occasion even remotely called for it. Here are two posters that I designed; they’re for separate art shows that I organized. Word of the wise: it helps to have good art.
Real Estate Marketing
This real estate listing brochure that I designed for my mama was inspired by my work at Traverse, Northern Michigan’s Magazine, which publishes an architecture and interior design quarterly. Most of the real estate brochures that I’d encountered were a smattering of bullet-points, abbreviations and CTA’s. In other words, all function and no form. The brochure for this high-end listing reads more like a glossy magazine than a real estate ad, leading readers through the property with descriptive copy and editorial-quality photography.
